Constitutional amendments must be recommended by the Leadership class, but any member of the student body may create a proposal to the Leadership class. Once an amendment is submitted, it will come into effect if:

• The Executive Council passes the amendment by a simple majority vote.

• The Legislative Council passes the amendment by 2/3rds vote. The Leadership Class will present the pros and cons of the amendment to Legislative Council prior to voting.
